My plan is to see if he can at least produce a simple application, but we had some goofy moments when the applicant kept asking for few more minutes (it turned out to be few hours with nothing to show for it) and we don't want to experience that again.

In addition to the questions I found on the UT and the Internet, I asked a few of my own.

1. Event Firing Sequence - i.e. which happens first, Form.Load or Form.Init?

2. What, if anything, would you change about VFP? If they say nothing, then you know they don't have much experience.
