I've ditched Norton Systemwork's (3.0) Crashguard and replaced it with a wonderful $49.95 program called WinFix. Visit
http://www.winfix.com to get details. You can purchase and download the software from the site. After installing WinFix, Windows 98SE actually went two or three weeks without a blue screen crash (I finally managed to get one by doing something really stupid). Otherwise, any program errors have been easily recovered from simply by restarting the application without restarting Windows 98SE. WinFix runs at the DOS level and does not make any changes in Windows itself. Check it out.
