Hmm... Maybe it wasn't clear what I said. Every article is also reviewed by the Editor (now by the Technical Editors) and by Advisor (now the Managing Editor). But that's not a thorough technical check. The job of the Contributing Editors in the columns that deal with reader contents (ie. Ask Advisor and the Tips&Tricks section) is to verify the technical correctness of submitted texts. In each of these columns there are at least two editors working together, because they check each others work.
