I am sure there is more to the task than what you have presented. How are the paychecks produced and how do you interface with the accounting system for starters. Then there are the considerations for tracking SUI, FUI and FICA taxable amounts not to mention ever changing tax tables < g >.
Are you are preparing an input document to give to the payroll clerk (or outside service)?
Provide some more data and we can get into the nitty gritties < g >
