but most of the end users are not aware of "rules" and if they had a vauge idea of their existance, would still not follow them.

Same with internet usage. No Porn, no personal shopping and no stock trading.

But how many corporate users fail to follow those rules? Way to many. 8)

I agree that end users must be a little more intellegent with their systems, and I am still waiting for flying pigs < outside of pink floyd concert >.

Is there a good way out of this mess? Not without $ thrown @ end user training. Something that business is hard pressed to do.
