I had to install it as Lotus Notes Mail instead of Internet Mail like Cindy did. Our tight-a**es in HQ won't let use retrieve our e-mail via POP3 or send it via SMTP. So the only way it works is if I set it up this way so it uses our local Notes user ID/password file.
