Quite frankly, most of us thought Delphi, from a technical standpoint, was superior to Fox. However, there is much more to the equation than technology. Borland was in a mess 4 years ago. Heck, Phillipe Kahn may still have been in charge. If we was not, it was not long after his tenure ended. The company never rebounded. Again, it was about going-concern issues.
