Thanks Barbara,

I knew before that you will reply me :)

As you only suggested me to have a look at it..

Today, I was going through the Doc file which is provided with it..
& was really impressed...

But speaking honestly, half of the things went above my head...

Thats why I asked this question here ??

I want to ask you few questions..

1. You have written that you took 3 days classes.. From the developer or you just tested on your own..

2. Did you modified the framework or started working on it as it is..

>>I have few question abt. application framework :-
>>
>>Can anybody tell me what is the advantage of creating an application object ??
>>
>>I was advised here to use Maxtech/Drew speedie's framework to get started. Anybody else is using it ??
>>
>>& anyother ideas/advice/tips/suggestions for getting started in this..
>>
>>
>>Thanking you all in advance...

>Hello Vinod, this is a long reply, because it's a complicated subject.

For example, every combo box has a property ialist[], which is automatically used as the default recordsource if the recordsource isn't filled in. All you do is put your data in the array. Grids have 10 pre-designed columns, and a property to say how many you wish to use. Built into the grid is the ability to sort on any column you designate. All you do is add a line of code saying which index to use. The grid does the rest.
