I would definitely get that clarified. I can see any of a number of possibilities. She might mean the whole holiday (which could be 7 or 8 days, depending on her denomination) because she doesn't want to deal with people sending non-kosher for Passover food. She might mean just the holy days (first and last or first two and last two, again depending on denomination), or she might mean just the first or first two because she'll be too tired after the Seder < g >.

When my younger son went to nursery school at our synagogue (long, long ago), they were closed the whole week for Passover.

Just remember the rule of thumb for schools - the more they cost, the fewer days you get. < bg >
