i don't know what clipper version the program is written in. i have tried dbu.exe, but it only sees a fraction of the 134 fields in the dbf, so that wasn't any use.

i don't have NU 6?
i couldn't find a CA site using a search engine - any help there?

i found a thing called dSalvage at hallogram.com, but it is $235, and i can't justify spending that on a freebie, specially if it doesn't fix the problem. they also have a non return policy...
