>This morning my computer (NT4.0) was behaving strangely. I could not access my development web site on this machine, and things were slow on the Internet. IIS was turned off and could not be turned on. That explained the inability to access my web site. I asked the programmer who sits in the cubical next to me to take a look. He said he just had a similar problem with his server and had called our IT department who supplied anti virus software. I applied the software and all is well.

CodeRed works on Port 80, so I don't think a firewall would stop it.
