Here's additional information on the problem -

I go to the command window and open the form such as USE myform.scx and then BROWSE. I open the Memo field Properties and everything looks good in all Property Memo fields in the Form File. But when I look at the same object properties in the form window view, the Top = 0, the Left = 0 and the HelpContextID = 0. I don't know why the difference. I hope I am looking at the same .SCX file. Hmmmmm...

I also noticed that the .SCT file grew by about 23K from 157K to 180K, maybe that's another clue. I have not worked with the .SCX file much from the command window so I don't know enough about it at this point. Thanks for the help.
