Hi

I've read a lot of the previous messages on Sourcesafe and have taken on board the fact that most people reccommend avoiding integrating VSS & VFP.

However I am running into a couple of 'problems' and would appreciate some help & advice.

1.Is there any way to avoid having to have the VCT/SCT etc files in sourcesafe (without VFP integration) and then having to check out both SCX & SCT ?

2.My VFP project has a main folder and then some sub-folders i.e
\MAIN
\MAIN\FORMS
\MAIN\LIBS

working folder in VSS is set to c:\MAIN

My problem is whenever I want to check something out it defaults it to the working folder and I have to navigate to the dir I want e.g c:\main\forms. However is there anywhere I can change the setting of a particular file so that once it has been checked out once in a particular dir then that becomes its default ?

Any ideas ?
