Della, most of the problems deal with security type issues.

I had to create an entry in the hosts file to resolve the server
name and mark the entry as a trusted site. That is ok since I have
a closed environment (I can require that all users use IE and
Excel 2000 Premium with OWC) but seems a bit odd (having to have
a trustd site entry that is).

Now I can see the data via http while on the local network but my
remote users still can not. Does this have something to do with
the IUSR_machinename security? Not sure but I will look at it.

Looks like the Enterprise edition of Analysis Services is also required
to make the OLAP stuff web enabled.
