You are correct, I thought you were talking about MicroSoft. Actually, when I got that support for the MAPI controls from Microsoft, I was surprised by the quickness. In the past, I would wait for long periods before actually speaking to a real person. But I was being helped in a matter of a few minutes. Anyway, sorry you had such a hard time with Crescent. I had similar problems with MicroHelp, with their compression library. I got my money back, and bought DynaZip and got it working within minutes of installation. From now on, I look at the descriptions of any ActiveX control that interests me, and if I don't see VFP mentioned, I stay away.
