PMFJI, I am slightly confused between refox and konxise.

1.) Are they from the same company?
2.) Does konxise both compress and encrypt?
3.) If I get konxise, do I need refox too? Or is refox just if I want to decomplie my code?
4.) What was the approximate compression ratio of konxise?
