They have to have a local Microsoft person willing to sponsor your group, which is probably the case with the other groups.

I was quite surprised to see what MSDN thinks we are, or at least should be, getting for support on the local level. I guess what really annoys me is there is the SQL group, the Webmasters group, the professional developers group and the .Net group all do get local support. But "Fox what"? I guess we should be used to it by now ;-}
