>>Is there an easy way to get CR to chart the top X number of something in a report, then show the rest as "Other"? For example, if I have a report that shows all sales reps and their sales for the year, I only want to see the top 5 of them in a pie chart, with each slice showing the % they added to the total sales. There would also be an "Other" slice for the rest of the sales reps (not in the top 5).

Then go up to Report and select Top N/Sort Group Expert. Now you can select "Top N" based on a field, where N is some number. You can also check a box that says "include Others, with the name...". Very simple.

Sigh...as with most things, it's not as simple as it originally appeared. I'm getting all sort of undesirable side effects from this, most notably the fact that the rest of the data in the report is also shorted to show only the "Top N". The CR help file is completely useless.
