I found the 'learning curve' for VPM to be very shallow. After 15 years I had retired my business so I could work locally and come home at nights and weekends. But, if I ever restart my consulting business VPM will be my tool of choice on the WinXX platform. (On the Linux platform it is KDE+KDevelop+QT3+PostgreSQL)

Jerry,

take a look at BlackAdder (TheKompany.com) for Linux, using PyQT. They now use QT3. Very nice. Nothing like what we have in VFP/VPM, but very nice.
