This afternoon I have managed to prevent the "Invalid Cursor State" VFP ODBC error by:

ATTRIB -S C:\TEMP

Thankfull this now allows me to pull down data from the source.

BUT

This did not fix the remaining errors ( when Display Warnings is active )

1. Warning: The Query Timeout cannot be set.
2. Warning: The connection sync\async mode cannot be set

Does anyone have any ideas or come across this before ?
