Of course I'd have a scanner not supported. How else would it be!!!!!! It appears that Epson 1660 is not supported (4 days old). I'll check epson's website - but it's not on the windows list of supported scanners.

But still there is the problem of supporting the older versions of windows. WIA appears to only work with ME and XP.
