Sorry for your problems. It never ceases to amaze just how customer "un" friendly these people can be.

Where we live, about 90 miles south of Atlanta, we have 1 choice for high speed internet so we had better be happy with it!!! :)

We had a long outage last night.... probably due to the extreme cold. Extreme for US that is. It got down to about 10 degrees which is real cold fo us. I think our poor cable system could not handle it. LOL!

Anyway... we are back going this morning... heck we have a heat wave going... it may get up to 35. :) Our "normal" temps for this time of year are about 55/35.

Oh by the way... if you want... I can get our cable company to send you MY bill as well. < vbg >
