CC'd to Tracy since I only have one answer to both...

>Just remembered one odd thing (not sure that it's a bug) - I've had a few grids recently where I was adding programmatically classed columns, and dynamicbackcolor didn't work when set in column's init; any such setting was ignored. I had to do it from the grid's init after the column was instantiated.

This problem has gone from a minor annoyance to a baffling one. I don't think it's anything with the settings on the grid. I took my grid class, plopped it on another form, and started changing it one thing at a time to be like the problem grid to see where it broke. It didn't. So I took the problem grid itself and copied the whole damn thing onto another form. It works! But it doesn't work on the original form. Bizarre.

I'm going to keep fiddling with it, but I'm not sure there's anything you guys can do to help without having my classlibs there. If you think of anything, though, feel free to mention it. :)

Thanks for your help,

Michelle
