Could you be more specific? Do you want to access data from the same LAN or over Internet? Depending on this and other constraints different strategy can be best suitable.

Basically you don't need to use MTS or COM+. You can use plain DCOM to access your component from separate computer. There are also other possibilities like FoxISAPI, Active Fox Pages, www.west-wind.com has quite interesting framework for Internet enabling your applications.
