Thanks Tore, so I continue with W2k version.

About the "Server":

It is used only for testing different software (and hardware) configurations for my companys products and have a tool to answer to questions/problems and to test configurations my clients have (for my or other products) using 2003 plain server or not. With (only 24 years experience) I'v noticed that it is much better to test any new installation or configuration somewhere else than in your clients server. Related to the previous I got time to time works like "can you test product A in environment B before installation" too. Also very often admins has installed or wnat to install some necessary (they think) tools to that SERVER to solve problems IN that server. Tools like searching answers from the internet and reading related material (like PDFs). I can understand that, it's easier if not recommended.

So in this case, there is no other option than install.
