Sheesh, Rex, a whole 2 days without a response (you posted on the 13th -- well maybe in Oz it was 3 days between posts). I'd complain to somebody in charge .

Seriously, a couple of things:

* -- There are a number of different reasons why this might happen. In many cases it is fixable. In your case, are these memo fields multi-line? If they are set to stretch with overflow anyway, try making them one line in height.

* -- I'd really appreciate your trying this same report in the VFP 9 beta. Please try in both old and new style output (SET REPORTB 80 and 90). If it shows the same behavior, and if you can send it to me (limited data is okay or I can probably fake the data), please do.
