OK, to be fair I would have to state that in my own personal opinion the country whose people use the poorest grammar on a regular basis is the country with the fewest people attainging a higher education. Hence, it tends to be a poor country or a country with no middle class but only an upper and a lower class... When the majority of a country's citizens lack education they perpetuate the usage of slang in each generation.
>>Well Hugo, you (as people from argentina) Humilde, Sencillito y Carismático like always :-) !!
>>I agree that mexican spanish is a little neutral, not so fast, not so accented, and almost RAE compliant.

>I would disagree (not about Hugo of course :). Working daily in an environmnet with people from almost every country in LA, I'd say that Mexico is as bad as Argentina. Too much cadence ('canto'), a definite distinctive accent and as much slang as Argentina (or just as bad). I would say that maybe Colombia is the more 'neutral' or 'correct' (up to a point). (Don't ask me who is the worst. Hint it is not Mx or Arg.)
