Very true! I have often thought that Arafat was in a delicate position. If he were interested in retaining his position of leadership he would have to walk a tight rope. Trying to please so many different radical factions is not an easy task. To some Palestinians he is a hero and others see him as too lenient. But then again what do we know about such minds except from their actions?
