I'm not sure who provide server infrastructure for the client. From the report I got this morning, it seems that individual came up with that from his own knowledge.

Yes, from what I have seen this morning, it seems the main concern is not the delivery time nor its future maintenance but mostly about the number of components used on a single server. They have mentioned security issues as mostly everything relies on the same server. The correct words are "single points of failure as well as security issues with this design". They also want load balancing servers. And, of course, as said "a more robust database server".
