What you are speaking about with the moths and the short stemmed flowers is not in debate. There is obviously variation within species, or if you will, microevolution; but the real question is about macroevolution, or the movement for species to species. That has not been observed. Lacking that evolution as an explanation of HOW is just not tenable.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
